1/2 cup coconut & brown rice milk
Smoothie- handful spinach, 1/2 small banana, coconut water, pineapple, ice, chia seeds.
Small handful macadamia nuts
100 grams salmon & mixed green leaves salad with pickled carrot & mixed toasted nuts.

Bicep curls 3 sets/7kg/8 reps
Bent over row 3 sets/7kg/10 reps
Bent over rear delt flys 3 sets/6 kg/8 reps

3 sets of 8 (10 kilos) cable resisted sit-ups
1 scoop whey protein.
2 tsp instant coffee
Stevia & water
150 grams pork cutlet
Salad w French viniagrette dressing.
5 cms medium sized sweet potato sliced & grilled.
2 rows sugar free chocolate(6 pieces)

Not going to the gym at all this week.
I’ve NEVER had even 2 days off in a row from exercise.
It’s driving me mad and the guilt is killing me but I need it so bad.
I literally crashed after comp- terrible sleep, moodiness and my appetite is so up and down 😔

Hahaha my first date was there! I can’t remember what I wore though! (That’s how much it will matter in the future so don’t stress too much!) think of it this way- pretend you’re going with friends. The person whose going with you obviously likes you for you right? So just be you! Dress as if you would going with friends :)

Ohhhh! Haha I’m do used to talking to people outside of cheer about workout gyms and people who do cheer/gymnastics about gyms as in cheer gyms lol the one I go to is good! It’s called transform fitness They focus on small group Trainings & they have a lot of powerlifting equipment, boxing bags, and a part which looks like a bunch of bars (for chin ups & to hang things off ect) otherwise I’ve heard fern wood in chirnside is a good women’s gym with classes and stuff. Or there’s ener-g (could be wrong) fitness & Spartans gym in Kilsyth :) ener-g is newer though
P.s if you tell gyms your interested then call back up & say you’ve found a better priced gym they MIGHT give you a cheaper rate. (Try it out, I’ve heard of it working!)

Of course I’m going to be biased and say outlaws (bayswater,
5 mins from ringwood) haha, but I’m also going to say that not being biased. Coming from a different club TO outlaws, within a bit over 2 years I became a level 5 flyer AND base, got to perform at a tigers game (and now this Friday a performance at crown) got my fulls, got twice as fit, went to worlds, learnt many life lessons, entered an amazing support system- this was much much more than what I did in 5 years at another club.
I actually think that's awesome that you guys went running 😂 like i would hate doing it but it's so badass I love it
Haha we took it upon ourselves to do it basically. It actually was really nice running to the sunset behind the city buildings on the other side of the lake!
