Brekke muffins (mash banana, berries, almond meal/coconut flour, eggs, honey/stevia, seeds ect)
Healthy Banana bread
Muesli fruit & yoghurt
Eggies your way on toast with (tomato slices/ vegemite/avocado/spinach)
Tuna on toast
I’m more of a sweet tooth so I have more sweet ideas haha oops
I had a bowl of soup/stew/mashed veg/finely minced meal (I dunno what to call it I just made it up so I could eat some meat and veg haha) and I feel like I’m going to BURST.
This is what happens when you can barely eat for a week then you eat your normal amount of food you’d normally eat in one sitting 😁

What are some good daily exercises I can do to lose weight in about a month?
Well. It depends if you actually need to loose weight in the first place. I can bet you don’t. Try not to focus on weight at all. Try to focus on firstly what you’re putting into your body nutrition wise & the rest will follow. Good exercises are high intensity interval training (sprint/skip ect for 30 seconds as fast as you can, jog/slow skip 1 min and repeat for 15-20 mins.
Body weight exercises like - squats. Wall sit. Squat jumps. Sumo squats. Donkey kicks. Calf raises. Plank hold. Dish/ superman hold. Crunches. Handstand holds. Push-ups & push-up hovers. Tricep dips. Back support. These are all great body weight exercises. Involving weights is a great way to tone up your body too and give everything a taut/toned look. Even if you don’t loose weight, as soon as you have more muscle, everything will ‘lift’ a bit more creating a tighter look :)

No I don’t really sorry! Not quotes. Just big fitness pages on Facebook and Instagram mainly. My tumblr is mainly cheer related! It really helps to also follow healthy food blogs/pages because then every time you scroll your social media pages these certain images of fresh healthy food become the norm for you to see! :)
Making my own kombucha tea! A little project I started to cure my boredom :) kombucha tea is an amazing probiotic drink that contains BILLIONS (yes, billions) of probiotic enzymes that help aid in digestion and tummy/intestinal issues. I’m going to leave it for another few days to ferment then I’ll flavour it with raspberry tea bags & raspberries & close the lid to carbonate 😝 you add your scoby (symbiotic culture of bacteria & yeast) to a huge jar of tea (black or green) that has had raw sugar dissolved in it (it needs sugar to keep the good bacteria alive) then you cover it with a cloth so it is able to breathe but is safe from any airborne bacteria- leave it for a week or so, take your scoby out with some tea to live in (& a baby one will have formed on the top too) flavour your tea left in the jar & close the lid to carbonate for a few days- strain and serve YAY! #kombucha #probiotic #elixir #greentea #tea #scoby #ferment #healyourgut #digestive #enzymes #fizzy #delicious
recently ive lost abit of weight but the stretch marks on my hips have become so so much more visible :( i thought you get stretch marks when you gain weight so im confused do you know why this happened?
Stretch marks happen when the underneath of the skin stretches OR shrinks quickly. Your skin isn’t a stretchy material so of course it’s going to make marks when it shrinks, no biggie. I have them on my lower hips/bum. So does my favourite fitness model :) and she made a point that so many more models that are seen as ‘perfect’ have them too. you can help heal them with bio oil or by rubbing the liquid of a vitamin E capsule onto them :)
